quiet location and helpful host

helpful host friendly staff great breakfast beautiful garden

matteo was wonderful. he gave many suggestions about what to do. everybody was very friendly. breakfast was great. i liked that you could make tea in the afternoon. the garden looked nice.

the breakfast included bread rolls, boiled eggs, pastries and cereal. they provided a alternative option for my breakfast. coffee was prepared upon request each morning .

Acceptable Stay but Lacking in Key Areas

monotonous breakfast uncomfortable bed

The location was acceptable. It provided reasonable access to local attractions.

The breakfast was indeed monotonous. I found only basic bread, cheese, ham, and boiled eggs available, underwhelming for the price I paid. The double bed was not comfortable at all. It was too soft, with a noticeable gap between the mattresses, affecting my sleep quality.

the location allowed easy exploration. mattio shared his love for the area . the advice on local restaurants and attractions proved invaluable. i found the established garden a lovely spot to relax after a day of walking (it was so peaceful).

my room had the bathroom across the hall, a bit inconvenient (especially at night).

the hotel is in a quiet authentic area. many excellent restaurants can be found nearby. the water bus station is within walking distance facilitating easy access to other parts. iconic landmarks are also easily accessible.

garden breakfast seating helpful host canal view soft bed non-functional tv missing safety box

the garden breakfast seating included a heat lamp. i spoke with other guests there. the host mattia helped when my spouse needed a doctor. this i appreciated a lot.

the double bed was soft. it had great canyon between mattresses. the tv had no channels, it didn't work.
